TERMS & AGREEMENT

The Employee of the Month program is a 12-month contract.

 

Cancellation

We are happy to help you any way that we can. If you should need to cancel the program prior to the 12 month agreement, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee of $75.00 upon request of cancellation. Please contact our staff via phone at 541-582-3652 or customerservice@redlineengraving.com. Cancellation not valid until cancellation fee is received. If you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation from us, please contact us by phone. 

 

Renewals

Your account will automatically renew at the beginning of each 12 month term, and your card will be automatically charged. If you would like to make changes to your program, please contact our staff via phone at 541-582-3652. We are always here to help.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We will send you a Reminder Email on the 20th of each month to submit the name of your award recipient. The deadline to submit the monthly recipient’s name is the 25th of each month. Your Employee of the Month award will be shipped on the 1st of each month and will arrive to your office around the 5th of each month. 

 

Each award will be shipped via FED EX or UPS. Please note that we are not responsible for delays once your order is given to the carrier. If an award is not received, please contact us so we can help track the shipment. If a package is lost in transit, do not file a claim with the carrier yourself, please contact us.

 

If the award recipient's name is not submitted before the 25th, this can result in delays in production and delivery. Please provide award recipient information as soon as possible to customerservice@redlineengraving.com. We will fulfill your monthly order as soon as information is received. We do not offer refunds for missed months. 

 

Errors

You have the responsibility to provide and submit all information that is used in production during this contract. As a result, you are fully responsible for any errors in spelling, typography, illustrative layout, and other errors discovered after engraving.
