A NOTE ABOUT YOUR PROOF:The proof/design that we create for you is how your monthly or quarterly award will appear every time with an update for the new employee name and the month/date awarded. Your first award will not be created until this proof is approved by you. Once we finalize this proof, your award will move right into production and changes after approval cannot be accommodated. Each month after that you will receive an order acknowledgement email showing the information that you submitted to us. If you see an error please notify us right away. Otherwise this is what will be engraved and shipped out at your scheduled time. If you have any questions about this process just ask, we are always here to help!
