There are 2 sizes: 8" x 10" and 9" x 12" 
 
There are choices of sizes, plaque color, and color fill color. 
 
Price includes engraving of company or organization logo and 5-7 lines of text. This item can be ordered with or without your company or organization logo. Engraving is done vertically unless specified horizontally. You can email us your instructions for the engraving of your award or you can fill out our Corporate Award Order Form.  The form has the basic information that you will need but we are happy to follow your instructions for design and information.  This form is only a guide or recomendation to help you. After we receive the form or your instructions you will receive an emailed proof from us.  Your order will not proceed to production until we have recieved an email back with proof approval or changes.  We are happy to make any changes that you need after the proof is sent.  After the proof is sent your order is on hold and will not proceed to production until a final proof approval is recieved from you. 
 
NOTE: Double check your spelling. When entering your order know that set-up will de done based on the information that you provide. Including uppercase and lower case lettering.
