Our Economy Perpetual Award Plaque comes in 3 sizes for one low price. 
12 plate, 18 plates, or 24 plates.
Price includes the engraving of the Header plate or "Main Plate" and the first perpetual or individual plate. 
Each additional individual plate is $5.00 each which includes shipping. No more removing metal tags mailing them in and waiting for them to arrive and re-attach. The individual tags will come with double sided tape just stick and you are done (tape is super sticky and won't come off). Individual tags include 2 lines of text traditionally persons name and date.

After we recieve your order you will be sent a proof.  Your order is on hold and will not proceed to production until a final proof approval is recieved from you.
