1- Reach consumers only interested in your products. Since you have to be given their number you know they want to hear more about what you have to offer.

2- You can communicate with customers no matter where they are. Most people carry a cell phone on them at all times so no need to sit and wait for them to log-on to their computer.

3- You can learn a lot about your customer’s personal preferences. Mobile marketing done correctly can reveal their individual tastes by seeing which ads they respond to best.

4- Most companies allow you to get demographic information on your customers. With some research, you can find out how to fine-tune your offer by receiving information on sex, age, hometown, and other important information.

5- Mobile marketing allows your offer to be number one. You can spend more time on what you want your offer to portray instead of deciding on paper qualities, layouts, and printing costs.

6- Mobile marketing is environmentally friendly! Sending your advertisement digitally means no more paper.

7- Typically mobile marketing costs much less than traditional direct marketing techniques.

Mobile marketing products include, bumper stickers, vinyl signage, auto wraps, magnetic car signs, custome license plate frames, antenna balls, car flags, and much more!!!

Over the past several years we have run the gauntlet of promotional items. From mugs to maps to menu boards, we were always looking for ways to increase our name recognition; without spending an arm and a leg. Consumers may see your ad on TV during the late night news, but will they remember your number when their toilet is overflowing or they wake up with no hot water? We found that our #1 source of advertising and name recognition will always be our vehicles. Our large Red and Black logos and company information cruising around every day really gets us noticed. “Why I see your trucks all over the valley!” (We only have 3). It has taken us about 4 years to find what works for us. Since our Logo is so well noticed; why not leave every customer with that logo along with a phone number? Enter Redline Engraving and Rachel Reber. Together we developed a “gift packet” for all our customers. Since our employees are our only sales reps; they get the opportunity to not only service the customer, but to give them a gift in return for their valued business. Our packets contain 2 pads, a pen, a coupon for their next service and chocolate! We change the type and delivery of the chocolate, specifically related to the season. Redline offers everything from “You make the Difference” chocolate bars to colorful foil wrapped chocolates to cover any season or holiday. At first, we struggled with packaging and again, Rachel came through by providing us with great bags and stickers. We know that it’s working for us; simply by the amount of coupons we get back and the comments we get, thanking us for the “little gift” they received. The chocolate will be consumed, but the pads and pens will stay in the home to be used on a daily basis. The coupon, I am told, usually goes up on the refrigerator. Some come back to us in pretty bad shape but do come back. Last week a customer from 2007 called and said it was time to come back to her home to repair her dripping faucet because the pen we left her (that writes so well) was just out of ink. I assured her; we would bring more. The cost to us for our packets ranges from $1.50 to $3 depending on the season. Interesting enough, we have not done TV ads and have steadily decreased the amount of phone book advertising we began with; and our customer base continues to grow. We believe a lot of our new business is customer based word of mouth advertising. People away ask their friends and neighbors for recommendations. In our opinion, your customers will always be your best source of advertising. How better to leave your name and phone number with them, than a promotional item specifically designed to be used or consumed by them. The catalogs are full of ideas and the help is out there. These days money is scarce for most homeowners. We not only try to provide them with the best service possible; but we want to leave them with a “Thank you gift” they can use, as well as a way to find us next time! Promotional items used in the right way, can work for your business.
